What is a COA, and how to read one

The document that describes what is in the vial.

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) summarizes identity, purity, and the analytical methods used for a research compound. It is a key part of laboratory documentation and supplier transparency.

Zeptix Labs LLC provides COAs as general reference documents for catalogue materials. They support qualified research workflows and are not a substitute for your own verification when your protocol demands it.

The batch ID on a vial label (for example ZPX-RT10-0001) matches the batch shown beside its certificate. For questions about a specific document, email support@zeptixlabs.com with the product name, the batch ID and your institutional affiliation.

Four fields that tell the story.

Purity %: the numeric result from chromatography or equivalent testing.
Method: the analytical technique, for example HPLC-UV or LC-MS.
Laboratory: the independent testing provider and its accreditation.
Result: PASS or FAIL against the stated specification.
