To use our services and purchase research materials, you represent and warrant that you:

  • Are a qualified researcher or are authorized to purchase on behalf of a legitimate research organization or laboratory;
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; and
  • Are not prohibited from purchasing or possessing the categories of materials offered under applicable law.

Product Use Restrictions

All products sold by Zeptix Labs LLC are offered strictly for qualified laboratory research use. You agree that you will not:

  • Use products for human or animal consumption;
  • Use products for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical purposes;
  • Resell or distribute products for non-research or unauthorized purposes;
  • Misrepresent the intended use of products; or
  • Use products in violation of any applicable federal, state, local, or international laws or regulations.

Orders, Acceptance, and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and manual review. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, compliance concerns, or violation of these terms.

We accept debit and credit cards only. Payment is taken at checkout, and your order is not complete until the card payment is confirmed.

Orders are not finalized until payment is confirmed and any required review is complete, as described at checkout and in order communications.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, but a lost or damaged parcel is reshipped for free as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Unopened returns requested within 30 days of delivery are refunded. Any damaged or lost parcel is reshipped for free. Details are in our Refund & Return Policy.

Claims must be submitted in accordance with the timelines and procedures described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZEPTIX LABS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ZEPTIX FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zeptix Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of our products or website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, you agree that exclusive venue for any dispute shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

SMS Terms

Zeptix Labs LLC offers an optional text message program, Zeptix Labs SMS, to customers and visitors who opt in on zeptixlabs.com.

  • What you will receive: recurring marketing text messages from Zeptix Labs, such as discount codes, sale announcements, new product and restock notices, and reminders about items left in your cart or an unfinished checkout. After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation text.
  • How you opt in: by entering your mobile number and ticking the text message checkbox in our website signup form, at checkout or in your account. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency: message frequency varies.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details of your plan.
  • How to opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. You can also turn off Text messages in your account.
  • Support: for questions about our text messages, email support@zeptixlabs.com.
  • Eligible numbers: the program is available to U.S. mobile numbers only.
  • Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to this page unless we state otherwise. Your continued use of the website or placement of orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site.
