- Are not prohibited from purchasing or possessing the categories of materials offered under applicable law.
Product Use Restrictions
All products sold by Zeptix Labs LLC are offered strictly for qualified laboratory research use. You agree that you will not:
- Use products for human or animal consumption;
- Use products for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical purposes;
- Resell or distribute products for non-research or unauthorized purposes;
- Misrepresent the intended use of products; or
- Use products in violation of any applicable federal, state, local, or international laws or regulations.
Orders, Acceptance, and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and manual review. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, compliance concerns, or violation of these terms.
Payment is not complete until we confirm receipt according to the payment instructions we provide. Zeptix may offer or accept payment methods on an order-by-order basis (for example, Zelle or bank transfer where communicated). You agree to follow the payment instructions we provide and not to send payment to unverified channels.
Orders are not finalized until payment is confirmed and any required review is complete, as described at checkout and in order communications.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Returns and Refunds
Because of the nature of research-use materials, all sales are generally final once products have shipped, subject to our Refund & Return Policy and any limited exceptions we offer at our sole discretion (for example, damaged or incorrect shipments where a replacement may be offered).
Claims must be submitted in accordance with the timelines and procedures described in our Refund & Return Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, layouts, and images (excluding user-submitted content), is the property of Zeptix Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ZEPTIX FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
