Shipping Policy
We ship research peptides from the United States to all 50 states. Orders placed before 6:00 PM ET on a business day typically ship the same day, every vial is packed in a protective case, and every order comes with full tracking.
Processing Times
Orders are processed on the same business day they are placed. Orders placed before 6:00 PM ET (3:00 PM PT) on a business day typically ship the same day.
Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, enter processing the next business day.
Packaging
All lyophilized peptides are carefully packaged to make sure they arrive safely. Each vial is cushioned and protected for secure transit.
We pack every order in our own custom magnetic cases with bubble wrap, so everything stays secured from our facility to your lab.
Tracking and Delivery Updates
Every order includes full tracking. You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships, and you can follow your package in real time through our carrier partners.
- Shipped: an email with your tracking number the moment your order leaves our facility.
- Delivered: an email when the carrier marks your package as delivered.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is a flat $12 per order. Shipping is free on orders of $200 or more, counted on your products after discounts.

Damaged, Incorrect or Lost Packages
