Peptide Reconstitution & Concentration Calculator

Select a research material, enter the vial strength, bacteriostatic-water volume, desired dose, and syringe size, then see the resulting concentration and draw volume.

Laboratory math only. No human or veterinary dose, route, frequency, syringe-unit, or administration guidance.

Concentration math

Divide labeled material in milligrams by total liquid volume in milliliters to obtain mg/mL.

Measured draw volume

The desired dose is converted into milliliters and corresponding U-100 syringe markings.

Document every variable

Record lot, labeled amount, solvent, final volume, storage, date, controls, and analytical method.

Research FAQ

How to use the calculator responsibly

The tool performs unit conversion and concentration arithmetic. Protocol design and analytical validation remain the investigator’s responsibility.

What does the peptide calculator calculate?

It calculates stock concentration, the measured volume that contains a researcher-entered target amount, U-100 syringe markings, and the number of equal target amounts in the vial.

Does it calculate a human or veterinary dose?

No. It does not use body weight, route, frequency, treatment schedule, or clinical targets. The syringe display is only a volume conversion for laboratory measurement.

Which vial amount should a researcher enter?

Use the labeled total material for the exact lot and variation. For a blend, total mass does not reveal the amount of each component unless the label provides that composition.

Why can theoretical and measured concentration differ?

Transfer loss, incomplete dissolution, adsorption, volume uncertainty, degradation, purity, counterions, and analytical method can all affect a measured result. Validate critical concentrations with an appropriate method.

What belongs in the laboratory record?

Record the product, lot, COA, labeled mass, solvent identity, final volume, date, storage conditions, measured volumes, controls, and measurement method.
